purchase an instrument in our catalogue directly from our website
be automatically alerted via e-mail when what you are looking for has been added to our catalogue.
ALL the required personal details must be filled in correctly.
Data treatment policy, art. 13 Leg. Decree 196/2003 ----
This is to inform the subscriber that this legislative Decree, no. 196/2003 protects individuals and others with regard to the possession and use of personal data In compliance with the above-mentioned law, your data will be used respecting the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, saveguarding your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to article 13 of legislative decree no.196/2003, therefore, we communicate the following information.
We will treat the data as follows:
a) with the purpose to conclude, handle and perform the required services; 
b) accomplishing the duties in law and all other fulfillments required by the competent authorities;
b) the treatment will be performed based on the following modes: data processing/manual;
c) save for the purposes strictly necessary for the correct execution of the service, the data will not be communicated to other subjects, without asking for your express consent.
We also inform that the submission of your personal data is necessary but not mandatory and an eventual refusal to supply them will have no consequences, but could determine the impossibility of Scolopendra to accomplish its obligations with regard to the delivery of the service you required. Art. 7
Right of access to personal data and other rights
1.The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to the existence of personal data
concerning him/her, regardless of its being already recorded, and communication of such data in an
intelligible form. 
2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of its processing;

d) of the identification details concerning the data controller, data processors and representative designated as per Article 5, Paragraph 2;
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who

3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) updating, correction or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that has been unlawfully processed, including data whose
retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to
their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data was communicated or divulged, unless this
requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though it is relevant to
the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where this is performed for the purpose of sending
advertising material, making direct sales or conducting market or commercial communication surveys
