  You will directly pay to the courier when the package will arrive to destination. This mean impose a 2% additional fee onto value of the goods, plus shipping costs. Recommended for all low valued instruments and for those who expect to receive the goods quickly, at home.

  To be credited to our account: this mean does not impose added taxes or charges, but you may need to wait from 2 to 3 working days before the parcel may leave our shop.

• Credit card
  Either most common credit cards or Postpay. This mean impose an additional charge of 2,7% to be added on the public price, plus shipping costs.. Recommended for items not highly valued; to those who expect a quick delivery and to those who differ the debit in purchaser’s account (this may vary from country to country, as well as each card company’s policy).

  Best mean for most eBay deals and transactions. Quick, safety, highly recommended for low valued instruments and to those who expect quick deliveries.

Shipping costs

Every online purchasing will automatically be completed with the shipping costs, as well as taxes for payment terms. Nevertheless, here below we are pleased to provide some useful information to prepare your purchasing at the most.

TNT Traco is our preferred and chosen courier.

Costs are always at purchaser's charge. 25,- for up to 30 kg. parcels (+ 30% for Calabria and Italian islands); approx. 48 hrs. lead time.

No delivery will be made if full payment is not fulfilled. Aiming at speeding up all packaging procedures, we may suggest to send to us a copy of the banking transfer via e-mail or Fax.

Very old and vintage instruments without CE label will be sold as “antique”, but they are guaranteed up to 3 months anyway.

All new instruments and epmts. will be guaranteed 1 year.
